Out of every faction Yes Man will always be your best option. You push out all other invading factions. It's one of if not the Highest Karma Run. The NCR wants to make everything a totalitarian hellscape. Caesar's Leigion will take over the mojave and no one will be free. Same with Mr. House, everything you do goes to support an autocrat. Yes Man will always make people in the Mojave (besides the other factions) love you. Yes Man will always do what you want for the Mojave. Therefore you can always make an independent New Vegas. Making everyone in the Mojave (besides the other factions) love you. Yes Man will be your best bet for great Karma.
