I have sucky cardio, that makes running/jogging harder

I'd have to say either swimming or walking sense I find the sea life along with the land life in nature peaceful and those two exercises help me with my anxiety as well.

spam pushups, if you can't do a pushup do wall pushups and then incline and then real. You will feel yourself getting stronger immediately. Do like 10 several times a day.

Just dance. It's a fun way to exercise with some pretty good ways to pace yourself and there's music for you to enjoy
