  No matter what I eat, almost all the time, I feel discomfort and somewhat full. Even if I don't eat anything, I still feel this way. It makes it hard for me to enjoy eating and I've been like this for 6 years. My parents never saw anything wrong with this and thought I was just exaggerating how frequent and annoying it is.
