Thread Topic: Skipping Breakfast

    So, for many months now I have been skipping breakfast most days. I do not feel that I need it and also have recently developed anorexia, meaning I skip lunch too and eat minimal during dinner (as much as I can without my parents suspecting).

    I have heard a lot of rumours that not consuming breakfast leads to weight gain and wanted to ask the great people of GoToQuiz about this topic, as there are many different people on these forums.

    I thought it was that if you skipped breakfast then you tend to eat more snacks, which leads to weight gain. But idk

    Yes it does. If you truly want to lose weight fast, work out, and go Vegan but never ever skip a meal. In any diet, it's not good and it can lead to weight gain. I lost 10 pounds in my first week of just eating Vegan.

    I used to be anorexic well I still am, I don't eat breakfast, lunch, and sometimes I don't eat dinner and I run 3 miles everyday and I hit the gym for and hour and a half and I went from almost a 2xl to a medium in three months, it helps trust me but just be careful

    like don't do it though because it messes up your eating bad
