  I have these things a lot and they scare the s--- out of me every time.
  I have them especially when I haven't slept in a long time.
  The article says something about anxiety but I'm not especially anxious when I have these.
  Does anyone else have them? Does anyone know how to make them stop??

  These happened to me in my absolutely s---ty sophomore year
  
  It really is all in the stress. They stopped once all of it basically was gone. I do yoga and meditate, which I recommend greatly!!
