In the future teens can chose to be trained as spy's. C1, C2 and C3 are all training to be spy's C2 and C3 are the same age but, C3 is the oldest and in charge of the group, C1 it's their first year out of the school and into part time of the field and has a unique gift of psychic powers, so the three of them have to train together and go on jobs and stuff.
