If you're gonna OD, painkillers such as Advil, Tylenol, and Ibuprofen are NOT the smart way to go. If you're really, really at the point that you just can't anymore, do NOT use them. They wont kill you, but they'll f--- up your liver. And you wont be able to get a new one, because you tried to OD. So you'll lay there. Dying. Slowly. Extremely painfully.
Sleeping pills are better. Prescription, even better. However, you're less likely to die in your sleep that you are to suffocate on your own vomit when your body rejects them. And it's hard to get the dose right. Pills, all in all, are a bad choice to try and end it with.
But really, don't let it get to the point. Call someone. Talk to a friend, a teacher. You're worth something, so someone. -
