This is Cham btw. I was going through old alts and even thought they were Juniors, I couldn’t change their profile pictures. Is that because I linked the Random Quiz to their accounts, or because I just didn’t use them for awhile?

I don't think activity has anything to do with it, I had the same problem on this account for a little while. I also linked that quiz, and was unable to change my pfp. However, when I did it on a pc instead of phone, it worked
I don't think we really know what the issue is or how to get around it -

I think that because of the fact that it is not a real quiz, it soon figures out and gets rid of your option to change it. Idk, happened to me until I made a real quiz.
