So, I've been sick in bed for the past few days and unable to eat [ bummer], so I was wondering; What's everyone's go to sick food?
1. Broths. My gran makes a lot of traditional Scottish soups, which I just gobble up. My favourite being her lentil soup
2. Spicy ramen. Rarley can I actually eat it when sick but it helps the sinuses
3. Citrus!
4. Toasties,,,,toasties are so good,,,, when sick. -
Crackers and sleep

Tomato soup is definitely my comfort sick food it is a bit acidic when I've got a sore throat but it's warm and comforting so it's good
