For a while now, I've wanted to find out what my diagnosis is. I found out, and now I'm making a tool to help you all find out a clue. No this is NOT 100 % a diagnosis, but it is also telling you that you should check it out with a doctor.

Please be as accurate, and truthful as you can. If you do not know what a question fully means, search it up so you get full results, and not untrue results. You will find out: Schizophrenia, Bipolar, Major Depression, Catatonic, Borderline Personality, Dyslexia, Psychosis.

  2. What is your gender?
  1. Do you hallucinate?
  2. Do you hear things that other people can not hear?
  3. Do you have super powers?
  4. do you have Sleep disturbances, including insomnia or sleeping too much?
  5. Do you have Feelings of self-hate and self-loathing?
  6. Read these words in your head. Shampoo, soap, lots, lead, bed, toilet, nap time, kindergarden, rock, map, bottle, water, juice. How many words did you read incorrectly?
  7. Do you believe people are after you, even if there is no proof or if you don't know them?
  8. Do you fear being alone? (not just scared, but an extreme anxiety fear when you're alone and bad thoughts etc)
  9. Are you bad at staying organized?
  10. Do people say you talk to fast, or have you caught yourself talking to fast?
  11. Do you have any type of disorganized speech? (besides talking to quickly)
  12. When you have to read aloud, Do you avoid it as best as you can? If you have no way to avoid it, Do you speak extremely *un-normal*? Ex: stammering, switching around words, skipping, etc
  13. Do you have Awareness of destructive behavior, including self-injury, but sometimes feeling unable to change it? (For example, telling people they can stop cutting, but you can't)
  14. Do you have inappropriate laughter or crying? (Ex: Crying out of the blue, laughing at a funeral, Over laughing at an original chuckle, Over crying after you cant go somewhere)
  15. Are you Highly distractible, unable to concentrate?
  16. Do you have Angry outbursts?
  17. Do you have a bad memory?
