  19. According to Ephesians 2:8-9, God's plan of salvation can be earned by doing good works because Christians are good people.
  20. Though we may be very talented, we should give our talents to God because our talents will grow if we do. (Remember what our lesson taught us...)
  21. God chose misfits to be His disciples. Most of these men were uneducated beggars.
  22. God not only used people to show His power but also things/instruments such as a fish and a giant.
  23. According to Lesson 7, there are five tests we can use to determine if we are prideful. One test is the test of inferiority. It means that we brag about ourselves so that others will notice us.
  24. Another Test is the Test of Disappointment. It means that we are disappointed and resentful when we receive criticism.
  25. The consequences of Pride had a major impact on mankind when the devil tempted Adam and Eve to sin in the Garden.
  26. One of the cures for Pride requires us to compare/contrast ourselves with other Christians around us.
  27. When we accept Christ, we should start thinking about and doing God's Word.
  28. Though we have accepted Christ, we are not dead to our sins.
  29. Scripture says Christ is in heaven sitting on God's left side.
  30. I have no control over my earthly nature such as impurity, lust, greed, and so forth.
  31. The Scripture states that I will never be able to rid myself of anger or slander.
  32. The Scripture states that I have a new self and have taken off my old nature and practices.
  33. God wants Love to rule in our hearts since we are members of one body.
