Literature is a very important part of my life. (That may partially be due to the fact that I have few close friends). I am most definitely a lit nerd.

But are YOU obsessed to the point of nerdiness? Awkward enough to be granted the shiny nerd label? Huh?
A group of spoiled kids from the '50s that was eternally stoned/drunk.
A group of mediocre poets and writers from the '50s and '60s that were unimaginative and had to rely on intoxication for the creative drive.
A medley of wonderful authors that strived for true freedom, spiritually and intellectually.
5. Why do you hate Stephenie Meyer and her Twilight series?
Twilight is superficial and dull.
I have to admit I have read the books, but it was before the movie and the huge craze. Now I hate them because of all the stupid little girls that are completely obsessed.
I don't.
It is too commercial. I only read the classics or, at least, modern interpretative.
Romance? Gag.

At the bottom.
The middle.
Slightly below the middle.
Pretty high, about the best of the people I know. And I know some pretty nerdy people.
Above average, but that's only because I learned it in school. I never took a particular, outside interest in it.
12. Was literature or English your favorite class in high school?
I have a hard time deciding. I loved them all.
Definitely.
Yeah. Almost so much that it became a refuge.

I hate English. I never "got" any of the stuff we read.
13. Do you consider literature very important to the human race?
Definitely.
I guess so...
Not really. It isn't of any exceptional value.

Unfortunately, lately it has.

No. People must get out there and live. Anything secondhand is cheapened.
